1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the dada88 website at dada88.ws and all associated mobile, web, and app-based interfaces operated by dada88.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a player on the dada88 Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and uses the dada88 Platform to place wagers or access casino games.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Player using real-money or bonus funds held in their dada88 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded by dada88 that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Funds" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳) deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone governing all dada88 operational schedules, promotion deadlines, and settlement times.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an Account on dada88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dada88 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have provided accurate, complete, and truthful information during account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You are not currently self-excluded from dada88 or subject to any restriction that would prohibit your use of the Platform.
• You hold only one active Account on the dada88 Platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk and accept full personal responsibility for all wagers placed through your Account.

dada88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by dada88 support may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dada88 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• dada88 will never contact you by phone, email, or messaging application to request your password or OTP. Any such contact should be treated as fraudulent and reported to dada88 support immediately.
• You must notify dada88 support without delay if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify dada88 of any unauthorised access.
• dada88 uses SSL encryption across all Platform pages and OTP-based login verification to protect Account access. These security measures do not reduce your obligation to safeguard your own credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the dada88 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your dada88 Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. dada88 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by dada88 within 15–30 minutes of approval, subject to identity verification and compliance checks.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by dada88 support.
• dada88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Additional documentation may be requested before funds are released.
• Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with dada88 transactions. dada88 does not apply additional processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
• Any funds deposited in error should be reported to dada88 support promptly. dada88 will make reasonable efforts to return such funds but cannot guarantee recovery once the amounts have been wagered.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

dada88 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, and ICC tournaments featuring the Bangladesh Tigers.

• All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions published at the time of the offer. These form part of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Funds. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements count only games and bet types specified in the individual bonus terms. Some games — in particular live casino titles — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• dada88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a promotional campaign at any time with reasonable notice.
• Players found to be exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonus funds and any derived winnings forfeited and their Account may be permanently closed.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per household, device, and IP address applies.

6 Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Dispute Resolution

All games and betting markets available on the dada88 Platform operate under the rules published within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules prevail for that game only.

• dada88 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all digital casino games. RTP percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.
• Live casino games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Those studios' dealing and game rules apply during live sessions.
• Sports betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and football, are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a result being changed after initial settlement, dada88 reserves the right to re-settle the market.
• Technical failures — including connection drops, browser crashes, or device issues on the Player's side — do not entitle the Player to a refund of any wager already placed and accepted by the dada88 system.
• If a Player believes a game or market has been settled incorrectly, they must raise a dispute with dada88 support within 72 hours of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
• dada88's decision in all disputes is final, subject to any rights the Player may have under applicable law.

7 Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

dada88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools and policies are available to all registered Players and may be accessed from within the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-played notifications that alert them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 90 days. During this period, login access is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become a problem may apply for permanent self-exclusion. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.
• dada88 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dada88 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account on dada88.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point of identity verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to dada88 support. Retention of such winnings without reporting constitutes prohibited conduct.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using another person's payment method or financial account to fund a dada88 Account without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any activity that dada88 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, verification process, or responsible gaming restriction implemented on the Platform.

9 Account Closure and Termination

Either the Player or dada88 may initiate the closure of a dada88 Account at any time, subject to the conditions below:

• Player-Initiated Closure: A Player wishing to close their Account should contact dada88 support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed according to standard timelines. Real Funds balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after all identity verification requirements are satisfied. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
• dada88-Initiated Closure: dada88 reserves the right to close any Account at any time if, in its reasonable judgment, the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform.
• In the event of dada88-initiated closure due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or serious Terms breach, dada88 reserves the right to withhold the entire Account balance pending investigation and any legal proceedings.
• dada88 may also close Accounts that have remained inactive for a continuous period of 12 months. Players with dormant accounts will receive advance notice by email or SMS before closure is enacted.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dada88 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the dada88 Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services caused by events beyond dada88's reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to safeguard their Account credentials or from unauthorised Account access where dada88 was not at fault.
• Any financial decisions made by a Player in connection with their use of the Platform, including the decision to deposit, wager, or withdraw.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dada88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

dada88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

• dada88 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification partners, and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate the Platform safely and lawfully.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting dada88 support. Certain data may be retained for legal and compliance reasons even after Account closure.

12 Governing Law and Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and dada88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• dada88's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any given time shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
• These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
